Honorable Secretary of State Dunlap:
Under the Maine Freedom of Access Act § 402 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that involve voter information files. I would like a copy of the voter information files for all persons named Kevin Becvar who are registered to vote in the state of Maine. (In most jurisdictions, most voter information files contain the person’s name, address, party of registration, and summary of the last few elections they voted in.)
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $200. If you intend to deny this request, I will expect to hear from you within the five business days mandated by law. Also, if you expect a significant delay in responding to this request, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

Look on the bright side. The virus attacks those with compromised systems. Your morbidly obese body alone should do you in but then add the damage of the drugs and booze as well as your mental health issues and ….well you are in for a fun ride!
