I’m happy to say that in the places I’ve lived, like Tiverton, Fall River, Middletown, Newport, here in Warwick, and even up in Utica, local fire and police officials have always helped me get rid of syringes. This is especially true since the “West Virginia Batch” has arrived in Rhode Island and the “East Tennessee Batch” is probably on the way.
They continue to collapse and need to keep turnout down. We need to get in front of them.
It’s not their fault. However, some organizations contribute a lot of cash.
Yeah, it kinda got passed, but there are reservations all over the place. Thank God I didn’t feel any of that on the streets last week.

A Warwick Officer and I got grouped together. Many folks around us had questions about sobriety. So I got to tell a bunch of stories.
They won’t follow any rules. We have to expect them to use an old technique. Therefore, we should get out in front of it.
It’s not hard to figure out once you put the time in. If we grab their attention, will they make changes??
