Getting Settled

Things might get a little more clear this week.  Settling into Florida has been fun and it’s time to make some permanent decisions.  Lots of vendors have been chosen.  You might even see a new voter registration soon.  Kinda cool with a woman’s choice getting enough signatures to be on the ballot.  (In Rhode Island news, I got a response to the Pawtucket RDA APRA which you’ll see this week.)

As we wake up this morning, the GOP is still probably trying to defend their actions on January 6th.  Don’t ever forget that they attempted a coup.  Don’t ever think they won’t try it again.  Don’t ever fail to make fun of the people who thought it wasn’t an Insurrection.  Talk about illiteracy.

Last week was Sekhmet’s Feast.  This week she gets honored again for her afterlife gig.  It was her job to bring snacks and drinks down to the underworld.  Go hit that convenience store and celebrate with her for a little while.

Monday January 8th: COVID denialists still exist.  Some of them are in government.  When they say something really stupid, should we let it go??

Tuesday January 9th: Great work by New York AG James.  Awesome seeing the head of the NRA slink off this week knowing that he’s still going to be held accountable.  They shouldn’t be tax exempt.

Wednesday January 10th: Rep. Comer has his own shell organizations??  Rep. Comer is ignoring President Trump violating the Emoluments Clause??  Somebody local has to hear about this.

Thursday January 11th: The Indiana AG wants to emulate what’s happening in Idaho??  They hate women that much??  Time to grease things up.

Friday January 12th: If you didn’t report a major gift to the IRS, you’d get in trouble.  Why does Justice Thomas get away with it??  We need to draw more attention to this situation.

Please be aware, as we discovered many times, that this is only a schedule and real events can happen.  This week expect follow-ups and updates along the way.  Everything gets written.  Not everything gets released.
