A Motion For A Bill Of Particulars Has Been Filed In The West Warwick Matter

This Wednesday, the Judge will decide if she wants to rule on the Motion to Dismiss or if she wants to certify it to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. The idea that folks in the future might have to quote Oliveira v. West Warwick gives me the same kind of feelings every time somebody asks, “How did the Fall River motto change to Scholarship City??”

If that upsets you as a West Warwick resident, kindly blame a State Representative, who uses the Cyberstalking statute on a regular basis to squelch free speech, who asked a Trump supporter to lie on her behalf. That is why this Request for a Bill of Particulars has been filed. As some of you know, my readers like “draft language” presentations. If you have any questions, texts, calls, or emails all work.
