Is Judicial Watch Representing A Westerly Guy??

12 December 2021

Attorney James F. Peterson, esq.

Judicial Watch, Inc.

425 Third Street SW, Suite 800

Washington, DC  20024

Dear Attorney Peterson:

I hope this message finds you well.  I have no idea which one of the Holidays you celebrate this season but I hope you have a great time.  Much like here, it seems the weather in DC has been somewhat on the mild side this year.  We should be thankful for that.

You have sent many APRA requests to the Westerly, Rhode Island School Committee on behalf of Robert Chiaradio.  Some folks have reached out and asked if we could take a look at his motives.  For instance, he talks about CRT a lot but obviously cannot define it.  That sends up red flags for many.

By the way, please do not think I am unhappy with the APRA’s.  In fact I encourage them.  I even noticed one where the fee seemed to be a little excessive.  I wish public authorities would not do that.

Because of the planned activity on our side, I reached out and asked Mr. Chiaradio if he had counsel.  He said, “I’m represented by Spedwatch (sic)”.  I know your organization “adopts” folks from time to time.  I also know you’re not licensed as an individual lawyer in Rhode Island.  Are you offering full representation or is this just a “We’ll give you the class on trying to mess with something that we entirely invented” thing??

Even if you are not representing him, do you want copies of what we file regarding him??  Would you like to share them with other folks you have adopted??  I would hate to spam you.

When you do the background check on me, you will discover that I respect local law enforcement.  While the streets here are blue, like there, and the juries are blue, like there, we still always color inside the lines.  This is even true when an organization like yours suckers those of little intelligence in pursuit of your white nationalist efforts.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience.

In Hoc Signo,

Robert T. Oliveira
