Dear Rick,
Today, I received this email from West Warwick Solicitor Tim Williamson. I’m pretty sure it is in response to an APRA request I sent to Laurie Swanson who runs the West Warwick Civic Center. However, it is West Warwick where Pat Serpa lives so what if it’s something else??

Yes, he calls me Bobby. Yes, he asks for the business or residential address. However, it is 8 days after the fact. By the way that is not a shot at Mr. Williamson. He is a great public servant and West Warwick is lucky to have him. It could be that Ms. Swanson needed a couple of days or it could be it’s that he’s just busy as the Solicitor. It is also written to a GMAIL from months ago, which I use for group emails, and not the QU email, written 8 days ago, which I use for APRA requests. That could be an issue of just being whatever was handy at the time.
There is still the Serpa factor though. Just before the weekend, I sent this out.

Rep. Serpa should know that all her contributors are going to have all kinds of things APRA’d. These folks at Green Development are especially fishy. They gave $500 to Serpa with no project in site. Pat will also find out that I have two “almost interns”, I say “almost” because I am so reluctant to add RI bank accounts to the NY ones I already have – not that there’s any real money in any of them – in order to become a thing. Anyway, the two almost interns are doing financial background checks on everybody in the Serpa circle.
You saw how she covered up in The ILO Group Oversight hearings. She asked a bunch of questions to sound tough and then did absolutely nothing. Same thing she used to do for Mattiello’s cronies all the time as if anybody was fooled then.
So I am going to write Mr. Williamson a letter. I’m also going to extend an olive branch one other way in case this is just about the APRA request. If this letter, which I am turning into a Blog, or the letter providing what he requested, which also will be a blog, creates any advertising revenue, I will throw him a 15% commission just for having to go through folks questioning his motives because Serpa lives in his town.
If I do end up getting arrested, I will send you the appropriate retainer. I would hate to see that Motion to Dismiss you wrote go to waste. We have wonder if Serpa has picked a better pigeon than she did last time. As always, when the opponent is Serpa or Polisena or Lombardi or Ruggerio or Mattiello or any of their kind, a plea bargain will never be entered into even if I was hypothetically caught on video. Since I respect local law enforcement, I would never do that however you get the idea. Their need to reject Democratic Values, while pretending to be members of our team and simultaneously grifting, has made them hated beyond belief.
I cannot believe a New York firm has hired Mattiello. Some of my friends in New York also cannot believe that as well and will make their opinions known soon. However, that is a story for another day.
Thanks for taking the time.
Have a great week
