Honorable Mayor Hopkins:
I hope this message finds you well. As is always the case, I pray that the pandemic has left the ones you love alone. I was going to do this with an email and then thought about it and realized that was disrespectful. A person with the faith and trust of the people who elected him, provided he does not throw it away over something silly, should receive a letter in appropriate form when discussing a matter such as this.
How did you get your grant applications APRA’d?? You went out and hired somebody over half of the state, around 70% if you just count the fairer sex, finds to be disgusting. Therefore, we had to build in an insurance policy.
I got an email today from your Clerk. That quick response is amazingly appreciated. I have been getting spoiled by Clerks lately. Everyone else says they send an APRA or communication and then do not hear for weeks. I get responses in 24 hours. I feel so spoiled. Your Clerk has referred the matter to the Solicitor.
By the way, we expected that. We expect the Solicitor to deny our request. We will then appeal to Attorney General Neronha. We expect him to deny us as well. Then we can unleash a new secret technique that has not been tried before. However, we can only do that if we get denied twice. Why did I ask the Merry Band of Pranksters, my team of internet enthusiasts, to work on such a thing?? We knew that after Trump was gone and we were trying to create discomfort in order to “settle an account” that sooner or later, we would run into an APRA/FOIA/FOIL roadblock somewhere. We stand at the ready.
What are we going to do with the information?? This is the tricky part. Cranston is not Kenosha or Louisville or even the state of South Carolina where you can just raise taxes or go out and disrupt an event throwing off revenue which has the same effect as raising taxes. I like Cranston. From 1986-1988, the young lady I dated in college lived in Cranston. In 1999-2000, working for Ruggeri’s Carpets made me a lot of money. Speaking of Ruggeri’s, now that Trump is out of Office and the CEO has been censured, I can go back to eating Goya squid in its own ink. The local Shaw’s location right up the street from Ruggeri’s always has Goya squid in its own ink and is way more reliable regarding that purchase than any other local “grocery store.” I would say we spent the most time there, but the Garden City Sephora exists.
The goal is to make your hire of Chris Millea continually uncomfortable, without really messing anything up for anybody, while we release details about his former political “relationships”. It is not the average taxpayers’ fault that you hired a forced birth pig who would jail gay people if he could and supports pedophilia. It is not the City Council’s fault that they voted for someone who should never be around kids because votes on Mayoral appointments, even when the Council disagrees, are “go along to get along” affairs especially when the Mayor is all sparkly and new.
The other problem is his relationship to Speaker Mattiello. Speaker Mattiello would come up with a way to steal money, Mr. Millea would put it forward, Rep. Pat Serpa would put the oversight stamp on it and then they would all take a cut down the road. Can I ask the quiet question out loud?? What did Speaker Mattiello offer you in order to put Mr. Millea back in play??
Mr. Millea lost the Primary, with my help. Then, like the little bitch he is, he endorsed you instead of the Democrat. No Democrat was surprised since Mr. Millea is one of the forced birth pigs, they are all having their accounts settled this year via the free market unless they qualify for the Warwick Hometown Exemption, who rejected our values and just put a (D) in front of his name to get elected. He defrauded every normal Democrat in our state – you think he is going to be straight up with you?? That is funny. I can hear people laughing when they read this letter on the Blog as I type it.
By the way, I get it that as a new Mayor you wanted to hang out with some organized crime types and feel all sexy. Like you’re doin’ Mayor work. However, Speaker Mattiello is about as sloppy as you can get. Only Senate President Ruggerio is sloppier. If you haven’t heard, back in the late 90’s I ran a crack enterprise. Started in my kitchen and built from there. Now I have over 18 years clean and sober one day at a time. Due to my, almost too funny to say, “OG” status, when somebody goes on a bender and goes missing, well, let’s just say there are places that I can go search that the cops can’t. 33 arrests, 3 indictments, but only 8 guilty verdicts will do that for you. If you needed to get your New Mayor groove on, I could have introduced you to some of those folks. Instead, you settled for Mr. Millea to be your pet criminal. Please learn from this experience.
Your Police Chief also deserves better. Now he must stand in front of the people of Cranston and tell him how he is protecting them while everybody knows a criminal is in the Solicitor’s Office. The voters rejected Mr. Millea in the Primary due to his hatred of women and gay folks while he supports those, see Gene Valicenti, who dig pedophilia. That is when I knew I had Mr. Millea rattled. I called him once and right after that, he started appearing in public with more and more people. The voters, Republicans mostly mind you, rejected Speaker Mattiello in the final and yet you chose to bring back one of his lieutenants. Did you consider how disrespectful this all looks in so many ways??
Forget about me for a second. I am lawful. Yes, I do suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder, got diagnosed when I was 5, to go along with my Bipolar 1 Disorder, which also makes me sadistic in a fun way, but I follow the law. What if someone out there watching this is not lawful?? What if they have bad intentions regarding the City of Cranston?? Whether Mr. Millea is helping Speaker Mattiello steal or not, has he ever earned $$ the normal way??, Mr. Millea is compromised. The unlawful entity knows they can use Mr. Millea’s compromised position to get whatever they want from you as a community. Would I even bring it up unless I knew it was being planned with white boards and everything??
The poor citizens of West Warwick may have to pay more in taxes because Rep. Pat Serpa got rattled. She then asked a supporter, just as bigoted and disgusting as she is – we have the receipts, to make up a false complaint against me. Now I am going to blow that case up, not the West Warwick Police Department’s fault at all, but I have to go get my cash. How much cash, in lost grants, in businesses walking away from the community because they want nothing to do with a Mattiello Lieutenant, in disrupted events, in Mattiello stealing from you, in bad actors showing up to take advantage of the situation do you want to roll through so you can tell Mr. Millea he’s a good boy and sometimes give him treats??
This was supposed to be the day I announced to Westerly that I had garnered the 631’s and form 990’s regarding the Library and Museum that supports the Pedophilia celebrating Christopher Columbus Statue. Now messing with their cash must wait all because South Carolina passed an abortion bill and women from all over the state wanted a forced birth pig to be held accountable. I suppose the best thing we can say about Mr. Millea is that to my knowledge he has never whipped 14-year-old girls before raping them and selling them into sex slavery like Columbus did. However, Mr. Millea is a closet Trump supporter – women everywhere are reading this and filling in the blanks.
One last little note before we go figure out if we want to disrupt a grant or dig up some Speaker Mattiello dirt first. Thanks to the Attorney General, forced birth pigs like the Speaker or the Bishop are never under investigation no matter what they do so you never have to fear accidentally “obstructing” anything. The last time I wrote the Council about Mr. Millea, the Police were at my door the next day. The Detective was courteous and professional. Once again, I am spoiled.
Could you do me a favor though?? If someone wants to call the Police about this letter, go right ahead, please have the Police call me first and select a snack or sandwich. Because I am a mentally ill person in long term recovery, there is always plenty of candy at my place. I usually also have ice cream and usually some form of caramel cake or another. If a sandwich is preferred, I have salmon burgers and quite often I have Tilapia. Air fried Tilapia with Yum Yum sauce is amazing. I would hate for an Officer to come all the way over here to question me about Constitutionally protected free speech and not at least have something to eat. It’s the least I can do to compensate them for the time they’re stuck investing into hanging out with me because I have this ability to rattle people with just words.
