There is a lot to cover here but it tells so much about what to look forward politically in 2020 and 2022. Senator Ciccone is a mixed bag. He’s good on Immigration and great on Labor. However, he can’t set himself apart from the Pedophilia crew on a woman’s right to choose and he’s a gun freak. Like should have been at the rally in Virginia gun freak. For the record, he does believe in weed decriminalization but he’ll never stand up to Senate President Ruggerio on the issue.
On balance, the issue we have to discuss – selling guns out of your house – is way more important. If anybody is offended by the way I have attacked the issue here, I promise some will be, I ask you to reconsider the issue. Do you really want a cache of guns in the next door neighbor’s house ever??
Let’s take a look at the Senator’s House. (Before anybody bitches, the Senator’s address is a matter of public record and he has no expectation of privacy. Beyond that, he’s selling guns out of his home and we need to discuss that.)

My first question is where’s the range?? Wouldn’t you want to test the feel of a weapon before you bought it?? Where does he do that?? Is the basement soundproofed for this??
The next set of questions is about storage. How many weapons does he have here?? Or they just lying around or locked up somehow?? Does he not have relatives over?? What if one of them shows up and just takes one??
I can hear the gun enthusiasts now. “BobbyO, what do you know?? You probably just want to take our guns away.” More than you think and no, not at all.
You may be somewhat surprised by this but in the early 90’s, I was a good shot. I didn’t know anything about weapons when I first showed up at Fort Jackson. People forget that while I was a JAG Legal Specialist, I also held an infantry MOS. That’s part of the deal. So you go through the same Basic, same physical training, same weapons qualifications.
In AIT, they stepped up the physical qualifications. That’s how we ran 2 miles in less than 10 minutes that one time. We also ran a 4:31 mile once. Sadly, our Drill Sergeant announced the time, it went to everybody’s head, and the second mile took like 7 minutes. It was in JAG AIT that I got introduced to the Glock 9 mm.
For some reason, the Glock was never as satisfying as the M16. Even cleaning the M16 was cool. One day at Otis, I shot at the “Expert” level in the snow. (Ok, they were stationary targets, not flip ups.)
While I was a crack dealer in the late 90’s more weapons were pointed at me than I ever found use for any. I would go buy a couple of kilos and there were guns everywhere. Then when I got home, it never failed that someone in my building had a gun. For whatever reason, I left weapons as part of my former military life.
I didn’t really think about guns for a long time until 2012. That’s when I got diagnosed as Bipolar. As part of my treatment plan, I was told I could not be around weapons. It’s just not safe in case I go into mania with one in my hand.
This would come up again when I went to work for Dick’s Sporting Goods. I was the number 3 golf equipment salesman in all of New York for the company. They desperately wanted me to learn how to sell firearms. Problem was I’m not comfortable selling anything I can’t relate the experience of. In order to sell firearms I would have to spend all kinds of time at the range with different weapons. Bipolar disease prevents that.
I did learn how to correlate the performance of different kinds of ammunition so I did sell a lot of ammo. Because my memory is semi-eidetic, I got good at it. That’s how I met hunters. Hunters are cool. They get the rules, they follow them, and they’re always willing to teach. I’m not a “restrict what you own” person. I’m more of a “we can tell you where you can bring the gun and where you can’t” person. Hunting is definitely on the list of places where you can.
As it turned out, Dick’s rolled out an exploratory commission program for golf equipment sales. My store wasn’t on it so I left to sell ads on my various blog projects. I’m not really a “pay me by the hour guy”. I like to know the dollars are adding up when I close a sale. Because as technical machines guns are cool, if I wasn’t Bipolar, I would likely get into Firearms Commission Sales. However, I would do it in a store or other facility with true security. I wouldn’t endanger my neighbors around my house.
That makes me wonder something. Do you think whomever has Senator Ciccone’s Home Insurance knows he sells guns there?? There has to be a way to find out. Do you think the people around him let their insurance know that he is selling guns, out of what could be an unsecured location across the street, and would their premiums rise if the insurance companies knew??

Speaking of the Houses across the Street, it’s time to play a Brother Rodger in Junior year Physics inspired game of “Now let us suppose”. I intentionally didn’t do any background work on the 3 issues we took pictures of. I’m going to tell you a story about what could go on in the future in that house and you reflect on whether or not selling unsecured guns in the neighborhood is a good idea.

This is House 1. In the future, House 1’s mom or dad is going to get a promotion. They’re going to have to sell the house and move. However, every real estate agent in RI now knows that guns are sold across the street.
Fear not, real estate agents are going to get copies of this blog regularly. Not only that, but I am going to FOIA the rest of the houses with these at home licenses. Then I am going to put pictures up on the blog. That will force the local police departments wherever the houses are located to spend extra hours protecting the houses. That will cause taxes to go up. Kindly blame the people selling guns out of their houses.
So if they want to sell their home, who is going to buy a house knowing how close the guns are?? What other properties can they compete with if people barely want to live next to sewage treatment plants?? What kind of people go across the street to buy the guns?? Remember, Senator Ciccone doesn’t think you should need a license to own a firearm. What kind of people is he selling to??

This is house 2. In house 2 of the future, the people who live there are not white. Did you see the Virginia rally yesterday with Patriot Prayer and the Proud Boys and the Confederate Flags?? Did you see the military style gear and the AR-15’s?? Do you think they bought those items in a store?? If they didn’t buy them in a store, where did they buy them??
Let us not forget, Billy Bulger never sold guns out of his basement. It’s been 29 years since I was in that basement, but I remember. Senator Ciccone says he believes in background checks but do you think he’s conducting them?? When one person in a bar announces to the world “Hey, I need a gun” and another person answers back, “Cool, I know a guy”, that guy is Senator Ciccone. If you’re not white and Virginia gun fetish types, not buying in stores for some reason even though the price in the store has to be lower, are across the street constantly, how safe do you feel??

This is House 3. House 3 in the future features kids. The parents aren’t really sure if they like guns or not. However, it is an unkempt secret that the guy across the street sells them. Not only does he sell them, but he’s a Senator so it must be all right. At least that’s what the kids think.
You think the kids don’t spend parts of days looking out the window hoping to see a gun?? The guy is selling out of his basement. How conscientious do you believe the people who go buy the guns are?? You remember when you were a kid. That was always that vacant house and you tried to look inside the windows. You think the kids aren’t doing that at 15 Mercy Street just hoping to see a gun?? If there are kids in the neighborhood, there is a sign that says “Children”, I guess the cops just got an extra excuse to patrol there.
We’ve talked about the houses next door. What about the people who might read this story and now decide to visit because there are guns in that house?? We should talk to them too.
For instance, you might be a mentally ill person who wants to commit a mass shooting. All this time every attempt you have made to steal a weapon has failed. Now all you have to do is break into somebody’s house. Please call me. You do not want to do that. We will talk about your treatment plan.
What if you’re an addict and you read this?? You’re tired of panhandling or any of 100 other shameful activities in order to get your fix. You figure, hey, it’s just a house. How hard can it be to wait when nobody’s home?? You can steal a gun and then hold up your dealer or somebody else. Then you can get high with no problems. Please call me. I have 17+ years. If I can be clean and sober, you can too.
What if you’re in a gang and a rival gang has more guns than you do?? You need guns in a hurry. Runnin’ wild on this house could solve all your problems. I wonder how the neighbors would react to that scene?? Please don’t. Call me, we’ll get you out of the gang life and gainfully employed. Gang life only leads to death.
What if you’re one of those gun freaks mad about the rules that Republican Chair Sue Cienki brought to a Synagogue over the weekend?? First of all, I don’t want you living in my state. Second of all, Marbury v. Madison happened. 3rd of all, the people in that neighborhood will probably not appreciate the paramilitary “my penis is wicked small” attire you all tend to wear. I would suggest staying away.
Now some of you are going to read this, I can see the email already, and say, “You messed with the wrong guy, Ciccone’s CONNECTED”. Yeah, I thought about that for 10 seconds.
Back in Utica, I had to deal with that nonsense too. There are a whole bunch of “wannabe” mafia types who get elected and think they’re tough guys. That is until you step to them.
By the way, it’s not an Italian only thing – it’s a European thing. There is this idolization of the “Strong Man” thing. That’s why these guys support Trump. It’s not because he’s racist or puts kids in cages or lies or hates women. It’s because he can do that because he is playing the strong man. It just so happens that Italian folks get elected more often so it looks like a solely Italian thing when it’s not.
Mattiello – Ruggerio – Ciccone – Polisena – Lombardi all suffer from it. You have to make a choice when dealing with them. For instance, North Providence City Hall is incredibly clean and well run. The staff is fantastic. There’s an Halal restaurant across the street. You can pay attention and appreciate that or you can pay attention to Mayor Lombardi jerking off to Fox watching Trump speak every night. It’s your choice.
Some choices are easier. Polisena’s had it coming for a long time due to the fake fetus incident on the freaking Senate floor. If you don’t know that there’s a plan to end Polisena’s career long before the 2022 Primaries, you should. “But Bobby, what about Labor??” Labor has to respect women. Put up a candidate who hates women like some of these clowns do and we will smash them no matter how much Labor support they have.
Mattiello is going through a tough time and screwing up left and right but with a couple of moves he could be liked again. That would include taking on team Pedophilia. Ruggerio has to get his head out of his ass regarding weed and he’ll be right there. He has a pedophile in his District giving him great opportunity to look like the good guy. In case your wondering, yes Joe Paolino has the same weed problem but he’s good to women so he’s cool. Ciccone’s going to be made fun of due to the gun thing, and his support for team Pedophilia, but he’ll be fine unless he takes a shot at women again.
They’ll be fine unless they attack. If they attack, they’ll be meeting my friends from New York and Massachusetts and DC and Los Angeles and Chicago. They’ll also see a number of women dumping money at them. So no, I don’t care that I took on the connected guy since we’ve got him outnumbered and out-funded while he wears a Bishop Tobin chain around his neck.
One last thing – if you’re in the neighborhood, knock on the door and say hi. Ask if you can see where the guns are kept. Meanwhile, I’ll file the public records requests and we’ll make the people who think it’s all right to sell guns like leggings feel really stupid.

This is stalking you fucking retard. Get a life moron. No one can sell guns out of a house it has to be done at an authorized gun seller. Get your facts straight.

He’s a public figure engaging in conduct that goes against our core values. What makes you so sure no weapons are in that house?? What’s the point of the license??

Did you see that at the rally, there were people of all races, creeds and sexualities? Did yousee that at the rally, when someone tried provoking violence, that person got shut down?
Yes, I think those items were bought at a store, because that gear isn’t illegal to buy. You are scaremongering.
How many car dealers have a test track? Besides, having a range connected to the shop, is common, but not necessary.
“Remember, Senator Ciccone doesn’t think you should need a license to own a firearm. What kind of people is he selling to??”
People who sell firearms with a license are routinely checked by the BATFE, and he would immediately loose his license and be jailed if he got caught selling without conducting a background check. And you haven’t even specified what kind of license it is, as there are several variants of it, so for all you could you know, it’s a collectors license that let’s him have antique hunting rifles sent to his door instead of doing a background at a gunstore.
“While I was a crack dealer in the late 90’s”
You refer to having dealt crack by your own admission, and yet you are ranting and raving against someone following the law. This is a man that knows every single thing he says will scrutinized and used against him.
In the first comment here, you replied
“He’s a public figure engaging in conduct that goes against our core values.”
Who made you the dictator of core values? You obviously disagree with him, so that must mean he has different values than you, and doing this clearly doesn’t go against HIS values.
How would you like it if people sent out your name and address to all real estate agents saying “THIS GUY SOLD CRACK, DO YOU WANT HIM IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD?” You are making mountains out of molehills and being a total ass.
You clearly need to educate yourself on the topic of firearms law.
For a JAG Legal Specialist, you have done some outright trash research on this.
You couldn’t FOIA your way out of a paperbag.

I’m not currently selling crack. Most people appreciate my 17 years of sobriety. He’s still selling now.
